I’m also a wife, mother, woman of faith, and lifelong learner.

This work is personal to me—and I consider it a deep honor to walk with leaders and high performers who are ready to show up fully for themselves, their loved ones, their teams,  their community, and their calling.

WHY THIS APPROACH

For years, I tried to lead from the outside in—chasing success, checking boxes, and pushing through. I thought if I could just work harder, perform better, or be more productive, things would fall into place.

But no matter how much I accomplished, something felt off.

I realized that what most leadership development models were missing was the whole person—the nervous system, the belief systems, the emotional patterns we carry with us, often formed long before we step into leadership roles.

That’s why I shifted my approach.

Today, I integrate neuroscience, trauma-awareness, emotional intelligence, and values-based coaching into all of my work—because true leadership transformation doesn’t happen at the surface. It happens when we address what’s going on underneath.

This work isn’t just professional for me.
It’s personal.

Because I’ve lived it.

And I know what’s possible for you on the other side of burnout, misalignment, and survival-mode leadership.
